We hope you love your order. If for any reason you need to return an item, please read our policy below.

Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved, the item must be posted within 14 days of approval.
Items sent after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and unused
In its original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
Free from perfume, makeup, stains or damage
Any item returned that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
Sale or discounted items
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Gift cards
